The Facility

This purpose built, single story building will be optimized for cannabis cultivation using all the latest methodologies.

It will have 7,730sq ft of canopy space in eight flower rooms, with an annual production of 3,740lbs of flower.

The Financials

Production Drive will produce 3,740lbs of cannabis to be sold both retail and wholesale. Retail will sell under the brand name SAVO at roughly $3,800 per pound.

First year revenue is estimated at $3.7mm, increasing with the first full harvest in the second year to $8.3mm.

The Expansion

The price per pound will inrease over time as the facility transitions to retail.
