The Facility

This two story former ice rink is the ideal size and shape to house a 120,000 sq ft grow facility. 

Located on twenty acres in Lapeer, Michigan, the design is based off of previous successful facilities and well-tested and proven technologies. 

The Financials

Lapeer will produce 38,400 pounds per year to be sold retail and wholesale as flower and pre-rolls. Retail will sell under the existing brand at roughly $3,800 per pound. First year revenue is estimated at $46.7mm, increasing with the first full harvest in the second year to $77.9mm. 

The Expansion

Our price per pound will increase over time as the facility transitions to retail. We will partner with established, high performing brands and increase their marketing efforts with our own, in-house experts. This will allow us to have increasing profits even as average cannabis prices fall.
