The Facility

This purpose built, single story building will be optimized for cannabis cultivation.

It will have 7,730sq ft of canopy space in eight flower rooms, with an annual production of 3,740lbs of flower.

The Financials

Production Drive will produce 3,740 pounds per year to be sold retail and wholesale as flower and pre-rolls. Retail will sell under the brand name SAVO at roughly $3,800 per pound. First year revenue is estimated at $3.7mm, increasing with the first full harvest in the second year to $8.3mm.

The Expansion

Our price per pound will increase over time as the facility transitions to retail. We will partner with established, high performing brands and increase their marketing efforts with our own, in-house experts. This will allow us to have increasing profits even as average cannabis prices fall.
